Paul Dixey

Paul has 24 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry having worked with such Blue Chip companies as Wellcome, Boots Pharmaceuticals, Knoll (Basf-Pharma) and AstraZeneca. His experience covers all the major markets and the disciplines of sales, marketing and communications. Paul is particularly experienced in integrating online marketing into the sales and marketing mix. Able to clearly define objectives and work them into a creative but compliant strategy, Paul is also aware of the need to work across all the departments of a Pharma company and to get "buy in” for online programs from all of the stakeholders. To underline his international credentials Paul has a B.A. Honours Degree in European Business Administration from Middlesex Business School and the equivalent French Diplôme from ESC Reims, a leading Grande Ecole in France.

Helen Harrison
Helen Harrison - Managing Partner

Helen is an experienced multi-channel marketer with an in-depth knowledge of the digital channel. She has 18 years industry experience with AstraZeneca spanning sales and marketing, the last eight being dedicated to Marketing Innovation and the digital channel. Helen has worked across the whole product lifecycle of multiple brands from pre-launch through to the management of an established brand portfolio. A thorough knowledge of the UK marketplace is complemented by wide experience in Europe, the US and Asia working on physician, patient and consumer programs. Helen has a BSc in Biochemistry, a MPhil in Molecular Biology and a post-graduate Diploma in Marketing.

Jane Kay
Jane Kay- Managing Partner

Jane has 14 years pharmaceutical experience gained at AstraZeneca with the last seven years focused on digital marketing. Her experience includes developing B2C strategies from initial conception to completion and across pre-launch, launch and late lifecycle products. Jane specialises in integrated marketing communications and has an innovative and creative approach demonstrated at both brand and corporate levels. Recently, she worked in the Breast Cancer Team and was responsible for leading programs to leverage Web2.0 and PR2.0 approaches across the global and local marketing teams. She has a history of gaining commitment and adoption of new practices in local markets with an ability to operate in a complex and diverse regulatory environment. Jane has a post-graduate Diploma in Marketing and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
